I want to share my impressions of the iClinic CRM system as someone who spent a long, very long time meticulously choosing a product from a vast array of options. At one point, our clinic was using a program that had been specifically developed for us. Thanks to user access restrictions, a single program is used by everyone. It’s incredibly convenient. Plus, the program can be accessed from any device anywhere in the world. All necessary information is uploaded into the system quickly and easily. Telephony and fiscal cash registers are integrated.A special bonus is the exceptional support from the technical team, which responds promptly to any issues and, most importantly for us, implements requested features. Updates are released regularly, which means that iClinic is always evolving and will never become 'outdated'. Eight months ago, we faced the challenge of automating and selecting software for two dental clinics. It was a complex task, as we needed to integrate both clinics into a single software system.
